Organization: Ted Riter
For over 25 years, Ted Riter has guided individuals and organizations through times of significant change and crisis. Today, his work also includes ensuring a crisis never occurs in the first place.
Ted has led small and large congregations and non-profits through organizational redesigns, staff transitions, and strategic plans.
As a rabbi, he has had intimate access to people’s lives as they achieved their highest purposes and plummeted to their lowest depths. He has a deeply sourced ability to meet and embrace people where they are in life and to accept them in all of their humanness. Because of the challenges and opportunities he faced in his own career in leadership, he is most interested in the health and well-being of today’s leaders.
Ted’s unique gift is his ability to blend modern thinking with ancient wisdom, to meet people where they are in life without judgment, to light a path for others to see their own greatness, and to hold others accountable with compassion. Ted’s motto for working with clients is “I get you…and I’ve got you.”
