We help our clients be more connected, articulate, and persuasive during high stakes communications moments. We’ve all been in those situations where we’re in a critical communications moment and we freeze. We get nervous and our brain stops working. Everything that we had prepared and thought of is inaccessible.
We know this at Lange International. That’s why a workshop or coaching engagement with us is really interactive and very experiential. We know that it’s critical that you have opportunities to practice, and not only practice, but get feedback on that. The way we do that is we ask our clients to bring in real life scenarios. We use their content to practice the things that people encounter at work and in their real life every day. So it feels real and we do it in a really safe environment. It’s very supportive and people get a lot of coaching and feedback.
What’s critical for growth and behavior change is to get practice and feedback on that practice, so that you’re much more likely to use these strategies and techniques in a high stakes communications moment where it matters most.
