Disagreements are tough. Sometimes both parties will never see eye to eye. Agree that communication can help us move forward, but the reality is that some conflicts will always be a problem. A problem than can be tucked under the carpet. In any case, I really enjoyed thinking through best-practices.
Conflict in the workplace is a reality we all need to accept. I used to shun it and even pretend it wasn't there, but now I embrace it and celebrate it. Some of the best decision making comes from heated discussion. Be brave together. Great talk.
